Five-Superfood Buddha Bowl

The five ingredients in this healthy, Asian-inspired grain bowl are superfoods. Start your 2021 clean eating diet off right with this filling Buddha bowl, packed with nutrients and protein. Makes for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 2 c. cooked farro or whole grain of your choice
  • 2 c. kale or greens of your choice
  • 1/2 c edamame
  • 1/2 c. radish sliced
  • 1/4 c. kimchee
  • Asian-inspired or other salad dressing to taste


  • Toss ingredients in a bowl, then add salad dressing of your choice. Garnish with green onion, sliced almonds and cilantro.
